The Ultimate Holiday Date Night

If rom-coms have taught us anything, it’s that there is nothing more romantic than a horse-drawn carriage ride, especially during the holidays. If you’re looking for a good date night activity in December, The Shops at Yale will be offering rides on Sundays from Dec. 3 to 17 and on Saturday, Dec. 23 from noon to 4 p.m. in Downtown New Haven. Pick-up/drop-off points are on the corners of College and Chapel Streets, and York and Elm Streets. The rides are also free, making it perfect for couples on a budget or people who don’t want to invest too much into a casual Bumble date.
