Yale University Properties held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, April 2, 2018 at 3:00pm to welcome Moon Rocks Gourmet Cookies to The Shops at Yale in the Broadway Shopping District. The ceremony took place at 286 York Street, next to Blue State Coffee and Ashley’s Ice Cream. Senator Richard Blumenthal joined the ceremony.
