NEW HAVEN — A ceremony to mark the 20th anniversary of Ivy Wok was held Thursday at 316 Elm St., at The Shops at Yale, according to Yale University Properties.
Ivy Wok, originally opened as Ivy Noodle, but owner Coreen Guo updated her kitchen and expanded her menu from mostly noodle specific meals to a variety of Chinese and Cantonese dishes in 2015, according to a Yale University Properties release. “She thought Ivy Wok was more descriptive of her offerings.”
